14KT Gold Bioflex nose studs. This package comes with a Nose Bone as well as a Nose Screw. The 14KT Gold insert comes out and can be put in either style. This is a great package to go with to try out both styles and see which you like better!

316L Surgical Steel Nose Screw with a 3mm Camouflage ball. This ball screws off the post as well and comes in an 18 gauge size. If you like this style of Nose Screw we have other colorful Nose Screws with balls as well.
